Due to staff availability with one of our vendors we have cautiously chosen to move this maintenance window back by one week to the 29th of February.

Scheduled
As part of ongoing work to upgrade the SAN aspect of the CallSwitch Platform there will be a short outage for servers in the Telehouse North data centre that is expected to last no more than 30 minutes while the SAN hardware is replaced.

In order to allow contingency we have allocated a four hour overnight window for this work to take place, if the work is not completed by the third hour a rollback procedure is in place and the work will be abandoned and rescheduled to the 7th March 2020.
