We have identified a critical bug in the underlying Asterisk software that under certain circumstances can cause it to crash and render a server unavailable for a short period while the software automatically restarts.

We will be performing a simple software upgrade process on each CallSwitch server based in Telehouse North. We expect no more than 20 minutes downtime per server and for most servers we expect this to be less than 10 minutes.

This maintenance window is only for servers in the Telehouse North Datacentre.
