We have scheduled in works to upgrade the following server(s) to CallSwitch V6:

MT535
MT8226

This service will be upgraded in the evening of the 02-09-20. During this upgrade window there will be around 15 minutes of downtime.

Following the upgrade, the end-users will need to upgrade their CallSwitch Communicator on both Mobile and Desktop editions to the V6 client.

The V5 communicator will display a message prompting the user to download and install the new version to assist with this process, however mobile app users will need to go to their respective app stores and download the V6 app from there (credentials will remain unchanged)
